What do you mean when you say you use "Italian Leather"?
All our handbags are made from genuine Italian leather sourced from a tannery in Tuscany, Italy. We work closely with our tannery each season to produce our unique colour combinations.
Where are your handbags made?
All our handbags are hand made in Italy. The signature handbags are made at a manufacturer located in Milan while our unique clutch bags are made with a manufacturer in a beautiful area called Marché. We are lucky to work with both of these manufacturers who produce luxury items for some of the best known brands in the world.
Where can I see your bags in person?
We understand how important it is for you to see and feel the quality of our products. Therefore, we pop up in locations around London often, from Mayfair and Chelsea to Angel/Islington.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards and Paypal Express.
How secure is this store?
Your security is very important to us. Stacy Chan uses Shopify Payments ensuring that all credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates (the same level of security as banks) to keep order details secure.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are happy to offer free tracked shipping within the UK and use tracked shipping to keep your order safe to almost every other country in the world! Unfortunately, we can not ship to P.O. box addresses.
And as a holiday treat, we are offering free worldwide tracked shipping for the rest of 2016!
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We endevour to ship your order as soon as possible after receipt, typically the same or next business day. We typically use DHL, FedEx or Royal Mail depending on which delivery company we think will provide the best service to your location. These companies will offer a fully trackable delivery service with signature requirement to most countries in the world. We anticipate your order will arrive within 2-5 business days from shipping.
Order by 2PM and choose Express shipping for expedited delivery.
What is your returns/exchange policy?
We think that you will love your new items. If you do not for any reason, new and unused items can be returned within 21 days from when you received your order. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once the item has been received and deemed new and unused.
We can only offer an exchange for sale items within 7 days of receipt.
Please also note that items must be returned with the included dustbag and all of the tags intact. We recommend you return items in their original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept returns that are damaged, marked or altered.
Your refund will include all sales taxes minus our initial shipping cost to you (even if you received free shipping). Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
