Paris, Je T'aime - Behind the Scenes of our Photoshoot!

Our new leather Veronica tote bags have arrived! I have been carrying the samples for a few weeks now and have received tons of compliments and met a few people waiting impatiently for the bags to be available. After a final manufacturer’s visit to Italy, the wait is now over!

To coincide with the launch of our new totes, you may have already seen a few photos from our amazing Paris photoshoot! Paris has always been one of my favourite cities to visit and a full day was spent scouting for locations with my photographer (check him out! paulkrokos.com).

We decided on Le Marais with its cozy bistros, hidden courtyards and cobblestone streets as the perfect backdrop for our shoot. The team was assembled first thing the next morning for hair and makeup. Fast forward 9 hours, 8 outfit changes, 3 tote bags, 4 clutch bags, 1 work bag and 24 macaroons, and we were finished! It was an exhausting day, but with the help of an incredible team, the result was a set of beautiful photos for our revamped website.

It was a surreal experience working on this shoot in Paris and I hope you love the result! Tweet or message and let us know what you think of the new photographs, website and of course, new handbags!

As summer comes to a close, I am looking forward to introducing the new work bag, a revamp of our clutch collection and Paris Fashion Week. Join our mailing list for the occasional update, or follow us on social media (@StacyChanBags) to keep up with our day to day.
