Shipping

We are happy to offer free tracked UK shipping for orders over £150.  We endevour to ship your order as soon as possible after receipt, typically the next business day.  We anticipate UK orders will arrive within 1-2 business days from shipping and international orders within 2-3 business days from shipping.

Order by 2PM and choose Express shipping for expedited delivery within the UK.

Returns

We think that you will love your new items.  If you do not for any reason, we offer free returns in the UK on new and unused items within 21 days from when you received your order.  Outside of the UK, you can please choose a method of shipping to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once the item has been received and deemed new and unused.

We can only offer an exchange for sale items within 7 days of receipt.  Your refund will include all sales taxes minus shipping costs.  Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
